emathPh が color パッケージと干渉しているようで、fcolorbox
が
　fcolorbox{blue}{red}{ほげほげ}
だとうまくいきますが、
　fcolorbox[gray]{0}{0.5}{ほげほげ}
だとエラーが出てしまいます。

いろいろ試したんですが、emathPh のバグかと思います。
　2002年12月18日付の emathPh →　問題なし
　2004年6月16日付の emathPh　→　エラー
となります。ご確認いただけますか？
とりあえず、古いemashPhを使うことで回避していますが、
追試・対応をよろしくお願いします。
