と思っていたのですが，どうやら理解どおりでよかったようで，

（platex2eのバナーに反して，中身は昔のままだったそうです．）

そこで，いち早く platex.tar.gz をゲットしたいということで，
近畿大のftpサーバーからゲットしたところ，
何の修正を加えることもなく，

どのように修正されたか，調べてみたところ，
しっぽ愛好家さんの修正どおりで，
plcore.ltx に \reDeclareMathAlphabet を定義して，フォーマットを再構築してあり，
jarticle.cls を修正しています．
（最新版のjsarticle.cls でも同様の修正が入っていました．）

これで，もう何の困難もなくなりました（ワーイ！）
