現在の emathAe.sty のロードオプション [section] では
　　\section*
の使用は想定していません。

手を入れてもよいですが，
　　あなたのおやりになりたいこと
がわかりませんので，その確認をします。

　　http://emath.s40.xrea.com/temp/re6566.pdf
となればよい，ということでしょうか。
