emath family の相関図に

(epic)    emathPs.sty からは読み込まれない。
(eepic)   必要に応じて別途ロード

とありますので

\usepackage{epic,eepic}
\usepackage[remake]{emathPs}
または

\usepackage{emathPh}
\usepackage[remake]{emathPs}
としないといけないようですね。
