ありがとうございました。0069201001.texは 無事にコンパイルできました。

この状態で、kyusyu.tex をコンパイルすると，1回目はエラー無く通り、正
常にdviファイルが作成されています（もちろん索引や参照は不完全な状態）
が，2回目のコンパイルではエラーとなってしまいます。これについてもよろ
しくお願いします。以下、ログファイルです。
