Vistaのユーザーアカウント制御はソフトウェアをインストールしたり動作させる時に障
害を引き起こすことがあります(自分の経験上)。

本件で解決策になるか分かりませんが、私はユーザーアカウント制御は常に無効にして
います。具体的には「コントロールパネル」をクラシック表示にして、
「ユーザーアカウント」->「ユーザーアカウント制御の有効化または無効化」
の順にクリックし、
「ユーザーアカウント制御(UAC)を使ってコンピュータの保護に役立たせる」
をチェックオフの後、再起動です。

これにより「続行するにはあなたの許可が必要です」といったダイアログがいちいち
出ることがなくなります。保護の観点からは「お勧め」でないようですが。
