macOSXで動作確認をしましたので報告します。

perl -v の結果は以下の通りです。

emathfigtoeps-0.03.2を以下のように書き換えました。
makeの

# OSX
BIN=/usr/local/bin
LIBPERL=/Library/Perl
OSTYPE=OSX

OSXのフォルダを作りlinux の中をコピーして以下のように書き換えました。

emathcutfig.pl

# Setting
$LATEX = "/usr/local/teTeX/bin/platex-sjis -sh"; 
$EPSTOBBOXEPS = "/Library/Perl/eps2bboxeps.pl"; # for OSX

emathfigtoeps.sh

## Setting
# OSX
emathcutfig=/Library/Perl/emathcutfig.pl

eps2bboxeps.pl

## Setting 
# OSX
$GS = "gs";

以上のようにして動作を確認しました。
