tDBさま。
ご期待の下記ルートに
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/ptex/platex/misc/emath/emath.sty
存在します。
ターミナルで
sudo mktexlsr
も実行しました。
% --- re5333.tex ----------------------------
\documentclass{jarticle}
\usepackage{emath}

\begin{document}
$\bunsuu{1}{2}$
\end{document} 
を実行するとログは
!LaTeX Error:File'emath.sty'not found
となります。
