ちゃんとマニュアルに記載されていました。
borderwidthオプションで解決しました。

ところで蛇足となるかもしれませんが、\frame や \fbox と emathAe と併用するとエラー
が発生します。これも何とかなるのでしょうか？ソースとエラーログを添付しますので宜しくお願い致し
ます。
新規発言が適切でしょうか？そうであればやり直そうと思います。
