/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/ptex/platex/base/jarticle.cls
とログに書かれていますので
/usr/local/teTex/share/texmf/ptex/platex/emath
に.styを展開しましたので、このフォルダ内に
emath.sty,emathPp.styが存在します。

をコンパイルした時に下記のログが出ますが、
