jquotation や indentation と異なり，[fleqn] を使っているときの \mathindent の設定値が，
インデントされた行頭からではなく，インデント前の行頭からの値になっていますね。

その結果，既存のソースで，

\begin{jquotation}(2zw)
文章云々。
\setlength{\mathindent}{2zw}
\[数式\]
\end{jquotation}

のように，手動で \mathindent の値を変更していた部分については，
jquotation を EMchangeLRskip に変更すると，数式の開始位置がずれてしまいます。


対策としては，

\newcommand{\setmathindent}[1]{%
\setlength{\mathindent}{#1}%
\addtolength{\mathindent}{\leftskip}%
}

という命令を定義して，

\setlength{\mathindent}{2zw}

の部分を

\setmathindent{2zw}

に書き換える，というのが有効ですね。

既存のソースを一括置換すれば済むので，致命的な問題ではないのですが，
EMchangeLRskip の仕様上，やむを得ない処置でしょうか。
