[fleqn] オプションをつけた場合，
\leftskip が数式左インデントに影響を与えない，
というのは LaTeX の仕様でしょう。
（下のリスト --- emath は無関係 --- 参照）
（amsmath.sty を付加しても同様）

EMchangeLRskip環境 では，
\mathindent に \leftskip を加算していますが，
EMchangeLRskip環境内での \mathindent の変更には無力です。
次の修正パックでは
　　fleqnon環境のオプション指定で \leftskip を加算
するように修正する予定です。

jquotation環境では，このあたり
　　\parshape
コマンドの発行をして整合性を保っていますが，
emath では，
　　mawarikomi
を重視する立場で
　　\parshape
の発行は行いたくないのです。
