そのあとで変更しても後出しは駄目です。

ではじめて，解説にしたい部分を
{
　 \def\KaitouTTL{\small\medskip\par\noindent 【解説】}
   \input{....}
}
とでもするのはどうでしょうか（逆でもよい）。
